Dan Mullins

Dan Mullins is a seasoned project manager specializing in real estate development, sustainability, and construction. Currently serving as the Programs Director for Capital Projects at Hines, Dan is responsible for the execution of significant capital improvement projects, managing budgets exceeding $200 million. Previously, Dan held roles at WeWork as a Senior Delivery Project Manager and MEP Lead, where they oversaw extensive commercial fit-out projects and negotiated lease agreements. Dan began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Schnackel Engineers, managing large-scale projects in the South Street Seaport area, and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
