Danny Simms

Danny Simms is currently the Director of Design & Construction at Hines, where they are engaged in real estate development for both residential and commercial projects. Previously, Danny worked as a Senior Construction Manager at Hines and served as a Senior Land Development Manager at Stanley Martin Homes, overseeing land development activities and managing substantial budgets. Earlier in their career, Danny gained experience as a Project Manager at Associa, where they managed a multimillion-dollar renovation project, and had internships at William A. Hazel Inc. and Allan Myers Inc., assisting with land development proposals and engineering tasks. Danny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Virginia University.
