David Murphy

David Murphy has extensive experience in property development and asset management, currently serving as Director and Senior Development Manager at Hines since January 2017. David previously held the position of Asset Management Lead & New Store Development at Tesco PLC from June 2007 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing the new store acquisition and development pipeline and overseeing asset management and redevelopment strategies for existing properties. Prior to Tesco, David worked at Vodafone as an Acquisition Surveyor and Property Manager. David holds a BSc in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin and completed the Leaving Cert at CBC Monkstown.
