Prior to Hines, David Smith owned Kismet Homes, focusing on the purchase, investment, renovation, and revitalization of residential properties. As an Associate Property Broker at AmWINS Group, David Smith developed a personal wholesale property business through strategic outreach and negotiations. David Smith began their career as a Risk Advisor at Crystal & Company, targeting large commercial clients for insurance services, and also managed sales for Adobe Equipment. David Smith holds a degree in Marketing and Business from Texas Tech University, with foundational education from Klein Oak High School.
