Eric Hepfer is a Senior Managing Director at Hines, specializing in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management. With a solid background that includes four years as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, Eric has demonstrated leadership in managing divisions aboard a nuclear missile submarine and has been certified by the US Department of Energy as a Nuclear Engineer Officer. Prior to Hines, Eric gained experience as a Summer Associate at Credit Suisse focusing on distressed debt investing and commercial real estate finance. Eric holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from Harvard Business School, further strengthening their expertise in institutional real estate.
