Gary Evans

Gary Evans is currently the Managing Director of Investment Management at Hines, where they lead fund management efforts. Previously, they served as Vice President of Real Estate Investing at Morgan Stanley and held various roles there, including Executive Director and Associate. Gary began their career as a Quantitative Analyst at CoStar Portfolio Strategy and gained experience as an Investment Analyst at Stabilis Capital Management, LP, and an Acquisitions/Research Intern at Grosvenor. They hold an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a MA in Economics from Boston University, and a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
