Jay Wyper has extensive experience in the real estate development industry, having worked at Hines since 1979. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor since March 2012, Jay provides strategic and technical support for special projects and new business initiatives, while also holding the position of Senior Vice President in the Conceptual Construction Group, focusing on business development and innovation. Previous roles include Managing Director for Hines in the UK, Europe, and Spain, as well as various leadership positions within the Southeast Region, Washington, DC, Hartford, CT, Houston, and Minneapolis. Jay holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
