John Lozy

John Lozy is a seasoned engineering professional with over 40 years of experience in the HVAC and MEP fields. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Hines since 1998, John has held various roles including MEP Construction Manager, Infrastructure Project Manager, Chief Engineer, and Assistant Chief Engineer, overseeing significant projects such as the construction of a 1,050-foot residential tower and managing capital improvement projects for major clients like Morgan Stanley. Prior to Hines, John was Principal at Metro A/C Co. and held the position of Assistant Vice President at JP Maguire Company, where responsibilities included the operation and warranty of mechanical systems for prestigious construction projects. John began their career as a Senior Service Mechanic at BP Air Conditioning Corp. and holds a degree in HVACR from Lincoln Tech.
