Jonathan Pearce

Jonathan Pearce is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and investments. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of Leasing at Hines since October 2024, Pearce also holds a position as a Board Member at R-Zero and IDI Logistics. Previously, Pearce was the Managing Director of Real Estate Investments for the US at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and spent nearly a decade at Ivanhoé Cambridge in various leadership roles, including Head of Investments and Executive Vice President of Leasing & Development. Jonathan Pearce holds a BSc (Honours) in Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
