Matt Trout

Matt Trout is the Director of Construction at Hines, where they oversee various aspects of residential construction operations. With a strong background in operations management, Matt has previously held roles at David Weekley Homes, including Operations Manager, where they managed a multi-community project and drove significant revenues. Prior to their career in construction, Matt served in the US Army, holding positions such as Plans Officer and Mechanized Infantry Platoon Leader, where they were responsible for training and managing troops. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from Texas A&M University.
