Melody Smith

Melody Smith is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Hines, Melody has previously held roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Corporate Recruiter at KBR and Air Liquide America, Corporate Recruiter at KBR, Inc., and Human Resource Specialist/Corporate Recruiter at Fluor Corporation. Melody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
