Meredith Richter

Meredith Richter currently serves as General Manager for both THE SQ and Hines since July 2021, overseeing operations at 717 Texas Avenue in Downtown Houston. Prior to this role, Meredith worked at Transwestern from February 2017 to July 2021, where positions included Assistant Property Manager at Bank of America Tower and Tenant Services Coordinator at 200 St. James Place in Pennzoil Place. Earlier experience includes serving as Key Leader at ivivva and Brand Development for Mostly Chocolate and Catering, along with internships in public relations at Opelika Main Street and Unified Resources, Inc., as well as internship roles at Houston Makerspace and Lunatic Entertainment. Meredith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, German, and Business from Auburn University, completed in 2016, and graduated from Houston Christian High School in 2012.
