Michael Gross

Michael Gross has extensive experience in the fields of design, construction, and project management. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Vice President of Construction at Hines since November 2007, Michael has played a key role in various high-profile projects. Prior to Hines, Michael co-owned 12BY12 Design, Inc dba Elia, from June 2007 to August 2014, where Michael was involved in designing and marketing children's cardboard furniture. Additionally, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President for Design & Construction at The Keewaydin Group from July 2001 to November 2007, and worked as a Project Manager at Kofman Development Consultants from July 1995 to November 1998. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and studies in Real Estate Finance at the University of Central Florida.
