Nate Ward

Nate Ward is an accomplished General Manager currently with Hines since 2025. They have previously held various roles, including Senior Property Manager at Irgens from 2022 to 2023, and Operations & Procurement Manager at Tishman Speyer from 2016 to 2022. Nate began their career as an Executive Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2012 and later served as an Account Manager at Ripon Athletic from 2013 to 2016. They also worked with JLL as Property Manager and General Manager between 2023 and 2025. Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2011.
