Nathan Esp

Nathan Esp is a dedicated Life Safety Specialist currently collaborating with Hines to enhance and support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs across various sectors, including industrial hygiene, emergency preparedness, and hazardous material management. Prior experience includes serving as EHS Manager and Senior EHS Specialist at Cresco Labs, where Nathan assisted in the development and implementation of safety programs in compliance with OSHA regulations. Early career roles include a Safety Supervisor Intern at Six Flags Great America, where Nathan ensured adherence to safety protocols, and various retail positions at Six Flags and Target. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Technology from Northern Illinois University, completed in 2019.
