Paul Behrend has been with Hines since 2006, serving as General Manager of Engineering and previously as Assistant Engineering Manager. Prior to working at Hines, Paul served in the US Navy from June 1987 to June 1991 as an Engineman Second Class Petty Officer, gaining experience onboard US Mine Sweepers in various locations including San Diego, CA, Seattle, WA, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. Paul completed education at Johnson County Community College from 1986 to 1987.
