Paul White is a senior real estate investment leader with nearly 20 years of experience in creating and scaling European investment vehicles across various non-core strategies. They have worked extensively in logistics, industrial, residential, retail, student housing, and self-storage sectors, playing a critical role at Hines since 2008 in expanding assets under management from under €4 billion to over €30 billion. Paul has raised over €4 billion of equity from more than 50 institutional investors and currently manages over €7 billion in assets. Previously, they held positions at Nomura International and PwC, focusing on real estate finance and corporate finance, respectively. Paul earned a BA (Hons) First Class in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University.
