Peter st. John

Peter St. John is an experienced property management professional with extensive expertise accumulated over several decades. Currently serving as Director of Property Management at Hines since June 2016, Peter oversees the management of four commercial office properties totaling nearly 2 million square feet. Previously, Peter held the position of Assistant Vice President of Property Management at Trinity Wall Street from January 1987 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing the entire Trinity Real Estate portfolio and preparing annual operating and capital budgets. Peter also has experience as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing Class A and B properties in lower Manhattan, including a prestigious Class A property recognized with the 2000 BOMA International Renovated Building of the Year award. With a strong foundation in operations, maintenance, and tenant relations, Peter has progressively advanced through various roles, including Building Manager and handyman positions. Peter holds education credentials from Audrey Cohen College, Queens College, and the Thomas Shortman Training Center.
