Steffen Ehrmuth

Steffen Ehrmuth is a seasoned professional in investment management with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Managing Director at Hines since January 2012, Steffen leads fund management for the APAC region and oversees acquisitions and strategy for the Hines European Value-Add Fund Series, managing a diversified investment track record exceeding US$ 4.5 billion. Previous roles at Hines include Director of Investment Management, Associate of Investment/Development, Analyst of Investment, and Intern in Capital Markets. Additionally, experience includes a position as a Working Student in Real Estate Portfolio Management at E.ON and an internship in Real Estate Fund Management at Ellwanger & Geiger. Steffen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management Studies from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
