Steve Murphy

Steve Murphy has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Conceptual Construction and Technical Operations for Hines in Europe since May 2008. In this role, Steve has collaborated with executive leadership to enhance property and facility management strategies across Europe. Prior positions at Hines include Director of Engineering & Operations and Senior Engineering Manager, specializing in project support and the development of property management services. Prior to returning to Hines, Steve gained sales experience at Diamond Resorts International®, achieving significant sales awards and contributing to a high-revenue team. Steve began a career at Hines in 1994 as an Apprentice Engineer, later advancing to Regional Engineering Manager, demonstrating a deep commitment to professional growth and excellence in the industry. Education was obtained at Triton College from 1993 to 1997.
