Sylvain Hellin

Sylvain Hellin serves as the Managing Director of the Leonhard Obermeyer Center at the TUM Center for Digital Methods for the Built Environment since October 2024. With a diverse background in construction and digital solutions, Sylvain Hellin has held multiple leadership roles at Hines from November 2020, including Director of Digital Solutions and Director of Construction. Previously, project management experience was gained at Turner & Townsend and Evoqs, where a position as Geschäftsführer was held. Sylvain Hellin's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP and a degree in Real Estate from IREBS Immobilienakademie GmbH, alongside a strong foundation in mathematics from CPGE - Lycée Faidherbe.
