Sylvia Bay

Sylvia Bay is an accomplished design and construction professional currently serving as the Director of Pre-Construction for Hines' Conceptual Construction Group since August 2023. With a strong background in leading design and development projects across various organizations, Sylvia has previously held senior roles at JustCo as Vice President & Senior Director (Design), where over 40 locations were developed in the APAC region, and at WeWork as Design Director, focusing on ensuring product consistency across multiple countries. Additional experience includes significant contributions at Mapletree, DesignSingapore Council, The Madison Group Asia, and AECOM, where Sylvia focused on high-profile design projects and managed diverse design teams. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Architecture from SCI-Arc, further enhancing expertise in the architecture and design industry.
