Ted Noel

Ted Noel is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as the Managing Director at Hines since 2025. Previously, Ted held the position of Director at Third Point Real Estate Strategies from 2018 to 2025 and served as a Senior Advisor at Trawler Capital Management LLC from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Ted was a Senior Associate at Summit Strategies from 2013 to 2016, advising pension plans and endowments on real estate investments. Earlier in their career, Ted contributed as an Associate at CBRE and as a Vice President at GVA, focusing on commercial real estate transactions.
