Trey Ashley

Trey Ashley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment management, currently serving as Senior Director of Fund Management at Hines since May 2013. In this role, Trey oversees the investment life cycle for Hines' flagship US Value/Opportunistic Fund series, focusing on fund management, financial analysis, acquisitions, leasing, investor reporting, and sustainability. Prior positions at Hines include Senior Director and Director of Portfolio Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing private equity investment portfolios, asset management, and ESG initiatives. Trey began a career in finance with roles at United States Environmental Services as a Senior Accountant and Bowling, Franklin & Co., LLP as a Certified Public Accountant. Trey also owned and managed Fredericksburg Fitness and has foundational experience as a Staff Accountant at MediCorp Health System. Trey holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
