Ritwik Dey

Ritwik Dey is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design, UX writing, and user research. As the current Vice President of Design at Hinge since October 2025, Ritwik previously held the position of Vice President of Product Design at DICE, where responsibilities included leading design for B2C and B2B offerings. Noteworthy roles include Head of Product Design at Sanity, where Ritwik co-led the R&D organization and established strong design practices, and Senior Director of Product Design at Medium, focusing on empowering writers in online publishing. Additionally, Ritwik served as Principal Designer at Spotify, Vice President of Design at Amplify, and has a diverse background at R/GA and other firms. Ritwik holds a Master of Fine Arts in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
