Tamika Young currently serves as the Vice President of Global Communications at Hinge since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tamika held various positions at Netflix, including a focus on communications from December 2021 to December 2023. At Spotify, Tamika progressed through several roles from June 2016 to December 2021, culminating as the Global Head of Music and Cultural Impact in PR & Communications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Publicist and Publicist at MTV Networks between 2011 and 2016, as well as working as an Executive Assistant at Viacom from 2007 to 2010. Tamika began a career in marketing as a Marketing Associate at Stephanie Odegard Co. Ltd. Tamika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from LIM College.
