Michelle Sickle has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Michelle began their career as a Retail Management Program Trainee at Gap Inc. in 2003. Michelle then worked at Gap Inc./Gap as an Assistant Merchandiser for Men's Body, where they helped relaunch a basic packaged underwear line and achieved positive business results.

At Gap Inc./Gap, Michelle also served as a Merchandiser for Boys Knits, Sweaters, and Active, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing key concepts, pricing strategies, and promotional strategies. Michelle achieved significant growth in various product categories. Michelle then progressed to become a Director of Account Management and Advertising, overseeing e-commerce marketplace strategies for clients. Currently, Michelle holds the position of Vice President, Client Strategy and Operations, where they are responsible for revenue generation and managing teams across various marketing channels and strategies.
