Michael W. Fields

Michael W. Fields has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CDC Leader at Hinkley since December 2021, Michael previously held the position of Operations Manager at Phillips Pet Food & Supplies from July 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included staffing, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Head Coach of the Lady Titans Soccer team at Lorain High School and as Warehouse Shipping Manager at Peck Food Service. Michael also held senior roles at Breckenridge Paper & Packaging and Olin Corporation, focusing on customer service, inventory control, and day-to-day warehouse operations. Michael holds a degree from Mesa Community College, attended from 1990 to 1992.
