Chief Medical Officer at Hintsa Performance

Eric Gerstel has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Eric currently serves as the Administrator and Director at Archimed GM SA since November 2020. Prior to that, they were appointed as a Privat Docent at the University of Geneva in September 2019. From March 2016, Eric worked as the Chief Medical Officer at Hintsa Performance. Alongside their other roles, they also co-founded Vanarix in November 2020. Before this, Eric served as the Medical Director at Clinique La Colline, where they also held the position of Director of Polyclinic. Eric gained valuable experience at Geneva University Hospital, where they worked as the Deputy Head Physician. Eric started their career in 2003 as the Chief Resident at Internal Medicine and Critical Care, University Hospital of Geneva.

Eric Gerstel earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Geneva in 1997. Eric then completed a Critical Care Medicine Residency Program at the University Hospital of Geneva, although the exact start and end years are not specified. In 2005, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Epidemiology from the University of Washington, Seattle (WA). From 1999 to 2011, they pursued further specialization in Internal Medicine at the University Hospital of Geneva. Most recently, from 2015 to 2017, they completed a CAS in Health Management at the University of St.Gallen.
