Juha Äkräs

Juha Äkräs is currently an Executive in Residence at Aalto University and co-founder and board member at Hintsa Performance. They previously held various leadership roles at Nokia, including Executive Vice President of Human Resources, where they led global human resources functions. Juha began their professional journey as Secretary of Training Affairs at Helsinki University of Technology and later served as a consultant at Kasanen Koulutusyhtiöt. They earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Helsinki University of Technology, focusing on telecommunications and work psychology.
