Liz Tsai

Liz Tsai is the CEO at HiOperator, a company they co-founded in 2016. Prior to HiOperator, Liz was Growth & Customer Success at Smarking Inc. from October 2015 to January 2016. Her previous experience also includes working as a Business Analyst at Impala Terminals and as a Traffic Operator for Nonferrous Metals at Trafigura. Liz has a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and conducted research at the MIT Media Lab prior to their career in business.

Liz Tsai has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Media Arts & Sciences from the same school. Liz also attended Klein High School.
