David Morris

David Morris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational transformation. As the Chief Executive Officer of HiPER Solutions since June 2009, David Morris has been instrumental in developing the HiPER Playbook™, a solution designed to enhance team cohesion and performance during critical organizational changes. In addition, David serves as the Founding Chapter Chair for YPO Explorer 305 and holds the position of Chairman at HiPER Holdings, an investment firm focused on deploying the HiPER Playbook™ for businesses undergoing significant transformations. Prior to these roles, David was the Director of IT Practice for the Corporate Executive Board, where notable achievements included launching the West Coast office and leading a top-performing sales team. David's early career included a position as Managing Partner & CEO of Seedling Group, an executive search firm, as well as extensive global research that enriched his understanding of various cultures and leadership styles. David Morris holds a BS in Economics with a focus on Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.
