Michelle Arnold is the Co-Founder and COO of Hiphops. Michelle has over 19 years of experience in the financial industry, including heading product development, business operations, sales, and marketing & communications at BLME. Michelle has also worked as an auditor and commercial manager at RBS.

Michelle Arnold holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a CIPR Diploma in Public Relations/Image Management from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and a BA (Hons) in Michelle'story and Politics from the University of East Anglia.
