Candice Tubera is a dedicated community builder and impact leader, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at EWF International, where they focus on strategy and business development for impactful organizational growth. Candice is the founder of two nonprofits, WWOW the World and R3demption Community, both aimed at fostering community outreach and empowering youth. Previously, they held the role of Chief Program Officer at UPWARD, where they launched nine global chapters to support women in their careers. With a strong background in program management and a commitment to creating inclusive leadership environments, Candice also has extensive experience in healthcare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and in financial literacy. When not engaged in leadership roles, they enjoy family time and actively volunteer in their church's children’s ministry.
