Tom Gunter

Tom Gunter has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as a Business Developer at Hipp Engineering & Consulting since November 2008. Prior to this role, Tom was the owner of Westaff from January 1980 to April 2006 and held the position of Materials Manager at Black and Decker from October 1967 to November 1976. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Production Economics from North Carolina State University and studies in Pre-Engineering at Campbell College.
