Anna Lay

Anna Lay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and data analytics sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at both Hippo and The Data Shed since June 2023, Anna has also held the position of Head of Strategy and Policy at NHS England since October 2020. Previous roles include Head of Strategy and Planning at NHS Digital and Programme Manager at HelpForce, with a focus on relationship management and stakeholder engagement within NHS Trusts. Anna's career began in the DWP Project Management Graduate Scheme, and educational qualifications include an MSc in Health Information Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of York.
