Leon Hubert

Leon Hubert is an experienced Senior User Researcher with a strong background in user research and digital management. Currently at Hippo Digital since September 2022, Leon previously contributed to NHS England from October 2022 to May 2024, focusing on pandemic preparedness through user research for at-risk patient identification. Prior to these roles, Leon served at the Government Digital Service from February 2018 to September 2022, progressing from Junior User Researcher to Senior User Researcher. Leon's earlier experience includes a position as Digital Manager at Autistica from April 2017 to January 2018. Leon holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and International Relations, both from the University of Leicester.
