Simon Steadman

Simon Steadman is an experienced professional in technology delivery and project management, currently serving as a Lead Delivery Consultant at Hippo since September 2025. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions including Delivery Manager - IT Projects and Programmes at Avon and Somerset Police, where responsibilities included leading technology strategy and delivery within a lean IT department. With a solid background at the UK Home Office as a Senior Technology Delivery Manager, Simon managed the transformation of the Police National Database to a cloud-based platform and oversaw migration projects for immigration and visa technology systems. Simon's earlier career includes significant roles at Defence Equipment & Support, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, and The Loop, where skills in Agile methodologies, business analysis, and digital evidence management were developed. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural and Media Studies from the University of the West of England.
