Hippolysis offers bespoke workshops enabling teams to successfully address and respond to the ever-increasing demands for clear communication, adaptability, lateral thinking, cooperation, common goal pursuit and leadership development. Each workshop is tailored to suit the particular business priorities of each client.

The novel and ground-breaking method uses the assistance of horses in leadership development, team-building, strategic planing, professional and personal growth, and wellness for teams and individuals of all ages.

Equine assisted workshops are very popular among corporations and institutions across the United States and Europe especially for:

• learning with horses (indicatively: crisis resolution, lateral thinking, overcoming obstacles, setting priorities, vocational guidance, coping with anxiety/stress and success or failure)

• self-awareness and personal development (indicatively: personal goal setting, development of emotional intelligence, processing, and re-evaluation of personal, family, and corporate code of conduct)

• team building and leadership (indicatively: fostering clear verbal and non-verbal communication, problem solving, crisis management, creative thinking, organizational transitions, cooperation vs competition, effective feedback, leadership development).

Participants perform different exercises next to or with the horses, under the guidance of scientific staff. They do not ride horses.
