Designing a Smarter, Sustainable Future Through Modular Innovation, Hospitality, and Craftsmanship

Founded in 2019, Hiraka Holding Group leads an ecosystem of companies transforming how people live, build, and experience spaces. Rooted in Indonesia’s emerging timber and modular design industry, we combine sustainable materials, advanced prefabrication, and hospitality-led creativity to shape a new generation of lifestyle environments.

Our group is built on four core divisions:

1. Hiraka Hospitality Hub

A creative platform connecting design, modular construction, and hospitality innovation.
Home to:
	•	ModulR Prefab – Sustainable modular systems for micro-resorts, wellness spaces, and lifestyle destinations.
	•	World of INCLT – Indonesia’s engineered timber pioneer, producing innovative CLT for next-gen prefab architecture.
	•	Rekai Experience – Crafts premium interiors, furniture, kitchen & bathroom systems, and wellness spa collections.

2. Hiraka Lifestyle

Transforming city land into modular lifestyle destinations — retail, dining, wellness, and community hubs built using lightweight CLT systems.

3. Hiraka Resort

Southeast Asia’s first digitally operated micro-resort brand, integrating IoT, sustainability, and nature-centered hospitality.

4. Hiraka Longevity Center

A modular health and performance hub powered by Resolute HealthSpan OS, delivering science-based wellness and diagnostics.

Our Purpose

To build a vertically integrated, sustainable ecosystem where design, technology, and nature work together — creating world-class products, spaces, and experiences with authenticity and impact.

Hiraka is more than a company — it is a movement towards conscious, future-ready living.
