Hire Mint was founded in Toronto, Ontario by Jessica Hajsan, a previous CHRO for one of the largest Global fashion retailers in the world.

After many years of optimizing the talent management process as an HR Executive, Jessica's passion for recruitment led her to step out on her own and create a new boutique recruitment agency, Hire Mint.

With over 10 years of progressive recruitment and human resources experience in the retail and fashion industry, Jessica created Hire Mint with the sole purpose of providing a simple, frictionless process that helps retail, design and financial services organizations overcome an increasingly competitive talent landscape. Our niche is filling retail management roles and corporate-level retail positions with ease.

With exceptional expertise in recruitment and strategic sourcing, Hire Mint makes the talent acquisition process as simple for business leaders as possible. Providing ease and confidence for leaders and hiring managers during the full-cycle recruitment process, Hire Mint combines creativity and a strategic outreach approach to deliver retail, design and financial services organizations the best candidates.

The Hire Mint name is rooted in freshness and the belief that organizations must always bring in fresh talent in order to remain continually competitive in today's ever-changing business environment.

Let's face it, recruitment can be cumbersome, and recruitment agency fees can be expensive.

Hire Mint was created to take the pressure off business leaders needing to find the best talent quickly. Using best practices in strategic sourcing, behavioral interviewing and candidate assessments, let Hire Mint do the heavy lifting to find you top talent, faster and more effectively than other agencies.
