Shane Chubb

Shane Chubb has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2008, they joined HireAbility.com LLC as Vice President of Sales & Integration. Shane'srole involved improving talent acquisition, reducing recruitment costs, and enhancing marketing ROI through the company's ALEX parsing/extraction software. Shane also worked on converting CVs/resumes and job orders into XML solutions for job sites, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR Information Systems. Shane remained in this position indefinitely.
