Joe Brown is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with a focus on AI and digital transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Hireable since May 2023, Joe is dedicated to creating AI agents aimed at reducing unemployment through automated career coaching and job search assistance. Concurrently, Joe serves as a Board Advisor for a LegalTech startup, offering insights on decision intelligence for intellectual property lawyers. Previous roles include Senior Engagement Manager at La Fosse, where Joe led digital transformation initiatives, and Senior Consultant at Executive Network Group, focusing on leadership development for private sector clients. Joe also contributed to Harrods' recruitment strategy as a Talent Strategy Consultant and managed change and transformation projects as a Delivery Lead at La Fosse. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of East Anglia and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Hertford Regional College.
