Ravin Sen

Ravin Sen currently serves as the Head of Operations at HireAlpha, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Ravin accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Manager at BrickRed Systems from November 2012 to January 2025, and as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Netprologic INC from February 2012 to October 2012. Earlier career milestones include working as a Recruitment Consultant at InfoObjects Inc. and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Document Preparation at National Australia Bank. Additionally, Ravin began a professional path in auditing as a File Auditor at GE Money. Educationally, Ravin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jaipur National University, earned between 2017 and 2019, as well as a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Ministry of Tourism, completed in 2006.
