Simon Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. As the Founder of Digital 51 since March 2021, Simon has pivoted the business towards providing strategic talent partnerships in the digital space. In addition to founding Digital 51, Simon serves as an Investor in HireAra, a groundbreaking recruitment technology company, and as a Community Cheerleader for the Recruiters Growth Club, fostering networking among recruitment professionals. Simon also holds advisory roles at K.OS Visuals and Phoenix51, focusing on growth strategies. Previously, Simon held significant positions including Group Director of Growth at Rethink and Managing Director at Digital Gurus. Additional noteworthy tenure includes Managing Director and Commercial Director roles at Cooper Lomaz and a Commercial Board Director position at Morgan Hunt. Simon holds a degree in Applied Sport & Exercise Science from Teesside University.
