In 2012, they became an Account Executive at LTech. In 2014, they took on the role of Regional Sales Manager NE Territory at Accurate Background. In 2015, they became a Google Cloud - Territory Manager at Dito. Finally, in 2017, they became the Director Business Development - Digital Recruitment Marketing, Strategy & Consulting at HireClix.

Toby Noding attended Arizona State University West from 1991 to 1994, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in German.
