Daniel L.

Daniel L. has a strong background in technology and software engineering. Their most recent position was as the Chief Technology Officer at Hireflix, where they started in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Lisk from December 2018 to December 2019 as a Core Blockchain Engineer, where they were involved in designing and developing two Open Source products related to blockchain technology. Daniel gained deep knowledge of DPOS blockchains, P2P networks, and cryptography.

Before joining Lisk, Daniel worked at Sage from September 2017 to November 2018 as a Node.js Software Engineer, where they focused on developing chatbots using the Microsoft Bot Framework JavaScript library and deploying them on Azure.

Earlier in their career, they worked at netfactorial from December 2016 to July 2017 as a Backend Software Engineer, where they designed and developed backend structures for various apps, including a realtime bidirectional geolocation service and analytics using the Elastic Stack. Daniel also gained experience with RestFul services like SparkJava and RubyOnRails.

In addition, Daniel worked as a Blender teacher for JEDI, Joves estudiants d'Informàtica from January 2015 to January 2017, teaching computer graphics related to Blender.

Daniel L. completed their education from 2012 to 2017 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, earning a degree in Grado en Ingeniería de Software. Their field of study was in software engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications: "Blockchain for Business - An Introduction to Hyperledger Technologies" from The Linux Foundation in July 2018, "IBM Blockchain Foundation for Developers" from IBM in June 2018, and "First Certificate in English" from the University of Cambridge in June 2016.
