Wei Liu

Wei Liu has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. They most recently worked at Hireguide as a Software Engineer starting in May 2022. Prior to that, Wei served as a Staff Software Engineer at Ada from September 2021 to May 2022.

From December 2019 to June 2021, Wei worked at RenoRun as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing, reviewing, and implementing new initiatives and milestones. Wei also improved the backend system, introduced new components, and designed and implemented a new version of the Catalog system.

They collaborated with the Canadian team, ensured clear understanding of customer requirements, and participated in design progress and feature discussions.

Wei also served as a Development Manager at Longkey Software Technology LTD. from November 2008 to October 2010. In this role, they collaborated with a Canadian company for ERP and Ecomm projects, took responsibility for the Chinese team, and used Ruby on Rails to develop the Ecomm website.

From March 2007 to October 2008, Wei worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Dalian Allwin Technology LTD. They mainly focused on an outsourcing ERP project for a box company, collaborating with a Canadian company to gather requirements and implement order price and discount logic using open source Rule Engine.

Wei's career began as a Software Engineer at Dalian Hi-Think Computer Technology Corp. from June 2004 to February 2007. They participated in the full cycle of software development, including working on projects for the Chinese Academy of Science.
