HireHarbour provides business leaders, executives, personal brands, and other high performers with the premium level of assistance they deserve, on a fractional basis.

This model provides you the flexibility to fully customise your assistants schedule depending on your specific needs and preferences, without the frustrating limitations of a part-timer or the required commitment of a full-timer.

It is our mission to empower people, make meaningful connections, and touch lives along the way. We make this happen by giving our full-time employees the benefit of equity incentives which vest over several years. Being shareholders of the company, they are personally invested in providing client satisfaction.

To go that extra mile, we also make sure to stay driven by our four core values:

Magis – becoming the best we are capable of becoming
Diligentia – commitment to precision and excellence
Exemplum – setting leading, powerful standards for others
Perseverantia – facing challenges with unwavering resilience

We are also set apart from the traditional EA/VA outsourcing agency by providing the following:

☑ A three-week training program to develop the best assistants
☑ Access to in-house specialists such as copywriters to lean into
☑ A competitive compensation package tailored to attract and retain the best talents in the industry. This includes paid holidays, health coverage for them and their dependents, annual off-sites, and more.

And all that makes a difference for you.
