HirePay is the premier platform backed by Cyberport in Hong Kong and Krungsri Finnovate Venture Fund in Thailand. Our mission is to connect Hong Kong enterprises with skilled Thai professionals for remote employment opportunities. We solve the dual challenge of rising labour costs and availability of talent in Hong Kong and international work opportunities in Thailand through our integrated platform that handles talent verification, cross-border payments, and compliance management. Our carefully vetted talent pool encompasses key business functions including accounting, digital marketing, software development, customer support, and administrative roles—enabling Hong Kong businesses to access quality talent at up to 60% below local market rates. HirePay's end-to-end solution eliminates the complexities of international hiring, with robust verification standards, seamless payment infrastructure, and comprehensive compliance management that protects both employers and working professionals. Originally validated through successful government partnerships connecting students with cross-border opportunities, HirePay now serves enterprise clients across Hong Kong with a clear expansion roadmap throughout Southeast Asia.
